Product Questions & Answers (2)
Question by: Cody M on May 2, 2025, 7:40 PM
what's the flow rate on this check valve, and is 76 liters a minute enough for a refuse hauler setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 4, 2025, 2:07 PM
For most refuse hauler applications, 76 litres per minute is a reasonable working flow rate, and the CV13-10 is actually listed for that type of equipment. Keep in mind the valve is rated up to 227 L/min at peak, so the 76 L/min figure sits well within a comfortable operating range. You're not pushing it anywhere near its limits in a typical refuse circuit.

got a harvester with a check valve acting up, is the VICKERS CV13 10 P 0 3 the kind of part folks use on those machines?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 9, 2025, 9:37 PM
For mobile equipment like harvesters and refuse haulers, this Vickers CV3-10/CV13-10 series poppet check valve is a common fit for that type of application, since those are specifically called out as intended uses.
