VICKERS-KTG4V-3S-2B19N-M-U-G5-60-EN418

Description & Features

Designed for precision flow control across demanding industrial environments, the VICKERS-KTG4V-3S-2B19N-M-U-G5-60-EN418 is a direct-acting proportional valve from Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton, rated at 19 litres per minute. It features fluorocarbon seals suited to a broad range of hydraulic fluids and operating conditions.

Available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, this valve can be matched to application requirements without over-specifying. Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making it practical for both new installations and retrofit projects. Suitable applications include die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, presses, primary metal and paper machinery, marine and offshore systems, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water turbines.

Question by: Debbie H on Feb 3, 2026, 11:00 AM
Will this valve work in a machine tool application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 4, 2026, 7:49 PM
This valve is indeed suitable for machine tool applications, as well as die casting and foundry equipment, presses, and primary metal and paper machinery. It's also used in marine and offshore systems, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water turbines.
Question by: Keith H on Oct 27, 2025, 1:49 PM
Got a press line running hot cycles all day, does this valve handle continuous use with different hydraulic fluids, or do we need to be picky about what's running through it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 28, 2025, 3:59 PM
Fluorocarbon seals give this valve solid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic fluids, so you're not locked into one specific fluid type. That seal material holds up well in demanding conditions, which makes it a reasonable fit for heavy press applications where you're not always working with the cleanest or most consistent fluid chemistry.
