VICKERS SUB ASSY.

Description & Features

Designed for continuous duty across demanding mobile and industrial environments, this Vickers Sub Assy. is a Vickers-branded SICV coil engineered for reliable solenoid valve performance. Its internally rectified design allows it to operate on AC power supplies without requiring an external rectifier, simplifying integration into existing electrical systems.

The compact form factor makes this coil well suited for space-constrained installations, including harvesters and refuse haulers where mounting real estate is limited. Built under the Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton product line, it carries the engineering standards associated with that platform across both mobile and stationary hydraulic circuits.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Freddie K on Sep 1, 2025, 5:04 PM
Will this SICV coil work on AC power without me having to mess with any extra rectifiers?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 3, 2025, 6:04 AM
Internally rectified, this Vickers coil is ready for AC power. You won't need an external rectifier, which should simplify the install.
Question by: Dwayne C on Sep 29, 2025, 6:02 PM
Running this coil on AC power, do I need to wire in a separate rectifier to make it work, or is that already handled internally?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 1, 2025, 6:21 AM
Already handled. The coil has internal rectification built in, so you can run it straight off an AC supply without adding any external rectifier to the circuit. Keeps the wiring cleaner and cuts down on extra components, which matters when you're working in a tight spot.
