VICKERS DG4V 3 0B M U B6 60

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic systems, the Vickers DG4V 3 0B M U B6 60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute. Its mounting footprint is compatible with industry-standard valve surfaces, simplifying integration into existing manifold configurations.

Sealed with Buna-N for reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media, this valve carries CSA approval and suits a wide variety of industrial environments. Supported applications include machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control, covering wind, steam, and water turbine installations. The valve is a Vickers brand product, now marketed under the Danfoss/Eaton family.

Question by: Floyd K on Sep 25, 2025, 2:26 PM
Will this here Vickers valve fit in place of my old DG4V 3 0B M U B6 60 without a whole lot of trouble?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 26, 2025, 5:31 PM
Designed for interchangeability, the DG4V 3 0B M U B6 60 has an industry-standard mounting footprint that should simplify swapping it into existing manifold setups.
Question by: Cindy T on Dec 22, 2025, 4:15 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 80 LPM -- is that enough for press and die casting work or do them applications usually need something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 24, 2025, 6:42 AM
For most press and die casting setups, 80 litres per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those applications are listed as supported uses for this valve, so it was built with those duty cycles in mind. Whether it covers your specific system depends on your circuit design and actuator sizing, but 80 LPM handles a wide range of industrial press and die casting configurations without issue.
