Flow rate on this one is listed at 151 litres per minute, that enough to handle mid-range hydraulic circuits without choking things out?

For mid-range hydraulic work, 151 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. That rating puts it well within the range for machine tool applications and a good number of general industrial setups where you're not pushing extreme volumes.
