Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers KTG4V-3S-2B08N-M-U1-H5-60-EN427 is a direct-acting proportional valve with a rated flow of 8 litres per minute and fluorocarbon seals suited to a wide range of hydraulic media. It features a Valvistor pilot configuration with a Type 2 spool, validated through independent laboratory testing.
Available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, the valve can be matched to application requirements without over-specifying. Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making it practical for integration into new or existing hydraulic circuits.
Typical applications include machine tools, press systems, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore installations, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment. The valve is supplied with English-language documentation.

Question by: Kurt R on Dec 17, 2025, 4:11 PM
Got a press system that's been giving us fits with commissioning time every time we swap out valves. Does this one actually live up to the plug-and-play claim or is that just marketing talk?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 19, 2025, 6:43 AM
Plug-and-play is a real design feature here, not just a label. The valve is built to drop into existing hydraulic circuits without a bunch of extra configuration work, which is where a lot of commissioning time normally gets eaten up. For press systems specifically, that kind of straightforward integration matters when you're trying to get back up and running without a long setup process. It won't eliminate every step, but the intent behind the design is genuinely to reduce that back-and-forth during installation.

Will this valve work with different kinds of hydraulic fluid?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 2, 2026, 3:05 PM
It's designed with fluorocarbon seals, so it should be compatible with a pretty wide range of hydraulic fluids.
