VICKERS-CG5-100A-C-M-U-H7-110

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic circuits that require precise pressure management, the Vickers CG5-100A-C-M-U-H7-110 is an adjustable pressure control valve built to limit system pressure to a desired maximum. Part of the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton CG5-10 100 series, this valve suits applications where a reliable pressure relief or regulating function is critical to circuit integrity.

Rated for flow up to 454 litres per minute, this valve handles demanding industrial duty with a plug-and-play design that simplifies installation and replacement. Buna-N seals provide resistance to common hydraulic fluids, and moisture-resistant construction supports use in environments where exposure to condensation or humidity is a factor. The valve falls within the IV Pressure Valves category, making it applicable across a broad range of hydraulic control configurations.

Question by: Pete O on Jul 26, 2025, 3:07 PM
flow rate on this one says 454 litres per minute -- is that enough to handle heavy industrial duty or is it more of a mid-range valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 28, 2025, 6:13 AM
For most industrial hydraulic circuits, 454 litres per minute puts this well into the capable range. That's a substantial flow capacity, so it's not a valve you'd worry about maxing out in typical plant floor or machinery applications. Where it fits best is in systems that need reliable pressure limiting without a lot of fuss on installation, since the plug-and-play design means you're not spending half a day getting it set up.
Question by: Lee H on May 29, 2025, 5:39 PM
If I need to swap out a valve, is this one pretty easy to get in place without a bunch of extra steps?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 31, 2025, 10:02 AM
With its plug-and-play design, this valve simplifies both the initial installation and any future replacements.
