Designed for demanding fluid power applications, the Vickers DG4V3S2C207MUDJH560 is a single-stage directional control valve from the DG4V-3 60 Design series, manufactured by Vickers, a Danfoss/Eaton brand. It supports both three- and four-way directional control configurations, making it adaptable across a wide range of hydraulic circuit designs.
Rated at 40 litres per minute flow and 30 watts, this valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces for straightforward integration. Buna-N seals provide reliable performance across typical hydraulic fluid compatibility requirements. Application coverage is broad, spanning die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore systems, presses, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control systems including wind, steam, and water turbines.

Question by: Diane M on Sep 28, 2025, 6:40 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 40 LPM -- is that enough for a standard press circuit or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 30, 2025, 10:24 AM
For most press applications, 40 litres per minute sits right in a reasonable working range. Whether it's enough really comes down to your actuator size and cycle speed. If your circuit is running moderate flow demands with typical press tonnage, this valve handles it without being pushed to its limits. High-speed or large-bore cylinder setups that need significantly more flow would be a different story, but for general press work it's a solid fit.
