These coils rated for continuous use, or do they need to cycle off and rest between use?

Continuous duty is built into the design, so they don't need rest cycles between uses. That's part of what makes them a solid fit for equipment that runs hard all day, like refuse haulers and harvesters where stopping to cool down a coil just isn't realistic.
