Designed for three- and four-way directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V-3S-0B207-M-U-HH5-60 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 40 litres per minute. With a solenoid rated at 30 watts and Buna-N seal material, it is well suited for applications requiring reliable fluid direction control across a wide range of system conditions.
Mountable on industry-standard surfaces, this valve fits naturally into machine tool, press, marine/offshore, die casting, foundry, primary metal, and turbine control installations. Its broad application compatibility, spanning test equipment and simulation through to wind, steam, and water turbine control, makes it a practical choice across multiple sectors.

Question by: Warren B on Nov 6, 2025, 10:38 AM
Will this here directional control valve work alright for a machine tool application, or is it more for something else?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 7, 2025, 8:14 PM
For machine tool setups, this Vickers directional control valve should fit right in. It's also designed to work in presses, marine/offshore, die casting, and even turbine control systems, among other uses.
Question by: Cody Y on Jul 18, 2025, 10:23 AM
Flow rate on this one says 40 litres per minute, is that enough for press and machine tool work, or do them applications usually need something bigger?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 10:09 AM
For most press and machine tool setups, 40 litres per minute is right in the wheelhouse of what a single-stage directional control valve like this is expected to handle. It's not a high-volume valve, so if your system is pushing serious flow through a large-bore cylinder at speed, you'd want to size up. But for standard directional switching in those environments, the flow capacity is a practical fit.
