Question by: Lee E on Sep 13, 2025, 1:15 PM
got a circuit that keeps spiking past where we need it and I want to put in a relief valve that we can dial in ourselves. this the right kind of part for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 15, 2025, 6:16 AM
Adjustable pressure relief and regulating is exactly what this valve is built for. Its whole purpose is letting you set a maximum pressure ceiling in a hydraulic circuit so runaway spikes get controlled before they cause damage. The CPF1S series fits that application directly, so yes, this would be the right category of valve for what you're describing.

got a circuit that keeps spiking on pressure. is this valve meant to cap it off at a set max?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 18, 2025, 8:22 PM
Built for adjustable pressure relief or regulating duty, it lets you set a maximum pressure so the hydraulic circuit does not climb past the limit you dial in.
Question by: Patty G on Nov 24, 2025, 12:54 PM
What sort of hydraulic applications is this pressure control valve best suited for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 26, 2025, 6:41 AM
This Vickers pressure control valve excels in applications that require adjustable pressure relief. It's designed to limit pressure in a hydraulic circuit, keeping it at the maximum desired level.
