I'm using some older Vickers valves. Will this one drop right in, or will I need to replumb everything?

This Vickers DGMX1-3 valve is designed as a system stak valve, which aims to reduce installation costs. You shouldn't have to do any major replumbing.

flow rate on this Vickers DGMX1 is listed at 60 litres per minute, that enough for most machine tool setups or is that on the lower end?

For machine tool work, 60 litres per minute is a solid operating range and covers the majority of standard applications in that space. It handles multiple industrial uses beyond machine tools as well, so it's not a narrow-purpose valve by any means. If your system is running demands well above that threshold, you'd want to size accordingly, but for typical machining equipment it fits right in.
