Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers KCG 3 250D Z M U is a direct-acting proportional valve rated for flow up to 5 litres per minute. It is available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, giving engineers the flexibility to match valve performance to specific application requirements without over-specifying.
Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media. Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making the valve well-suited for integration into new or existing systems. Applicable across a wide range of industries, including machine tool, press, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, primary metal and paper processing, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water applications.

Question by: Bonnie C on Aug 7, 2025, 7:59 PM
Is this the kind of valve I can just plug in and get going, or is there a bunch of setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 9, 2025, 6:16 AM
Designed for easy setup, the Vickers KCG 3 250D Z M U proportional valve features plug-and-play functionality to reduce commissioning time.
Question by: Keith M on Jul 11, 2025, 5:28 PM
We run a fair amount of proportional valves in our press applications and I'm trying to figure out if this one fits the bill flow-wise. What's the rated flow on this thing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 13, 2025, 6:13 AM
Rated at 5 litres per minute, this is a direct-acting proportional valve so it's well within range for press applications where precise, lower-flow control is the priority. If your system demands higher flow volumes, you'd want to look at a larger valve in the series, but for press work at that flow range it's a solid match.
