VICKERS-KCG-3-350D-Z-M-U-H1-10-P15-T10

Description & Features

Designed for precision flow control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers KCG-3-350D-Z-M-U-H1-10-P15-T10 is a direct-acting proportional valve available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, to suit a broad range of application requirements. With a flow rate of 5 litres per minute and Buna-N seals, it is suited for hydraulic systems where consistent, controlled response is critical.

Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making this valve a practical choice for integration across multiple industries. Typical applications include die casting and foundry equipment, machine tools, marine and offshore installations, press systems, primary metal and paper processing, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water systems.

Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, this is a 10-design series valve built to perform across varied load and pressure conditions in professional industrial settings.

Question by: Cindy S on Apr 19, 2025, 9:26 AM
Flow rate on this thing is listed at 5 LPM, is that gonna hold up running it on press equipment or is that more of a light-duty figure?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 20, 2025, 11:21 AM
Five litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, and press systems are actually one of the named applications it's built for. It's a direct-acting proportional valve, so you get consistent, controlled response under load rather than the sluggish or unpredictable behavior you sometimes see in systems that aren't matched right. For press work where repeatable movement and pressure control matter, that flow rating is meant to be functional in that environment, not just a best-case number.
Question by: Gary S on May 21, 2025, 8:50 AM
Can this handle continuous use in a hydraulic press, or is it more for intermittent operation?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 22, 2025, 9:25 AM
Designed for consistent response in demanding industrial environments, this valve is suitable for press systems as well as primary metal and paper processing, among other applications.
