Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Glen K on May 20, 2025, 12:54 PM
flow rate on this one says 1,250 liters a minute, that accurate for a size 32 cartridge?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 21, 2025, 2:13 PM
Yeah, that's the rated flow for this valve cover. At the CVCS 32 frame size, 1,250 litres per minute is what it's built to handle, which puts it well into the range for heavy-duty circuits running presses, balers, or steel mill equipment. If you're running high-flow applications where most standard valves start to choke up, this one's sized to keep up without fighting the system.
Question by: Sheila S on Mar 1, 2026, 9:23 AM
What kind of hydraulic systems does this cartridge valve cover work with?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 3, 2026, 6:49 AM
Cartridge valves like this one are generally used in medium to high pressure hydraulic systems. They're really useful where you've got flows greater than 150 liters per minute and need good power transmission and motion control.
