Question by: Duane B on Jul 15, 2025, 4:36 PM
What kind of applications does this valve work for? I'm in the die casting business.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 16, 2025, 7:35 PM
This Vickers valve is applicable to die casting and foundry work, but it's also good for machine tools, marine/offshore, presses, primary metal, paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control.
Question by: Tommy M on Jul 19, 2025, 8:42 AM
flow rate on this unit is listed at 120 liters per minute, that enough for a die casting setup running pretty hard?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 9:24 PM
For die casting applications, 120 liters per minute is a solid capacity. That flow rate puts it well within range for the kind of continuous demand those machines put on a hydraulic circuit. It's one of the applications this valve was specifically built for, alongside press and primary metal work, so it's not just tolerable for that duty, it's a natural fit.
