flow rate on this valve is listed at 300 liters per minute, that enough for most standard hydraulic relief setups or is that on the lower end?

For a pressure control valve in this class, 300 liters per minute is a solid capacity. Most industrial hydraulic circuits running relief or pressure-regulating functions don't push anywhere near that threshold, so it covers a wide range of typical setups without issue.
