Vickers DG4V 3S 6B M U B5 60 EN21

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DG4V 3S 6B M U B5 60 EN21 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 40 litres per minute. It mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making integration into existing machine assemblies straightforward.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media. The valve carries CSA approval and draws 30 watts, supporting use in applications where electrical certification and power consumption are key selection criteria.

Suitable for use in machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, test and simulation, and turbine control environments. The DG4V-3 series is available across a wide range of configurations to match varied circuit requirements.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Hubert H on Jun 30, 2025, 1:44 PM
Flow rate on this one says 40 LPM, that enough to handle a press circuit runnin pretty steady through a full shift?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 2, 2025, 6:26 AM
For most press applications, 40 litres per minute gives you solid working room. The DG4V-3S is rated right at that mark, and it's listed specifically as suitable for press environments, so it's not just a general-purpose valve shoehorned into that duty. Whether it covers your full shift depends on your system's demand peaks, but the flow capacity itself is a reasonable fit for that kind of work.
