flow rate on this one is listed at 800 litres per minute -- that seem right for a pressure relief application or is that more of a peak number?

For a pressure control valve in this class, 800 litres per minute reflects the rated flow capacity the valve is built to handle. In a pressure relief or regulating role, the actual flow passing through at any given moment depends on your circuit demand and how close you're running to the pressure setpoint. The valve won't always be passing full flow -- it only opens to relieve excess pressure when the circuit hits the limit you've dialed in. So yes, 800 LPM is a real spec, not just a burst figure, but your working flow through it will typically be lower depending on how the system is set up.
