Vickers DG4V 3 0A M FW B6

Description & Features

Rated for flow up to 80 litres per minute, the Vickers DG4V 3 0A M FW B6 is a single-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts directly to industry-standard valve surfaces, making integration into existing hydraulic systems straightforward.

Buna-N seals provide reliable compatibility with common hydraulic fluids, and the valve carries CSA approval. Its design suits a broad range of applications, including machine tool, press, primary metal, marine and offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment.

Question by: Roy L on Dec 14, 2025, 6:31 PM
Can this directional control valve handle a flow rate of 80 liters per minute without any issues?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 16, 2025, 6:49 AM
Designed to handle flow up to 80 liters per minute, this Vickers directional control valve is suitable for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits.
Question by: Judy E on Sep 12, 2025, 4:56 PM
flow rate on this one says 80 litres per minute -- is that enough for press and die casting work or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 9:49 PM
For most press and die casting applications, 80 litres per minute is well within a workable range. This valve was specifically built with those environments in mind, along with primary metal and foundry work, so the flow capacity lines up with what those circuits typically demand. As long as your system requirements fall at or below that threshold, you should be in good shape.
