what's the actual leakage rate on this valve? running a press application where even small amounts of leakage cause us real headaches

At 100 bar, typical leakage comes out to 5 ml per minute per land. That figure is achieved through specially designed spools with increased overlap, which is what sets this apart from a standard directional control valve. The tradeoff is that head loss runs about twice what you'd see on a conventional valve, so that's worth accounting for when you're sizing your system. For a press application where leakage control is the priority, that's exactly the kind of performance this valve was built around.
