VICKERS DG4V32BMFWB660EN21

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V32BMFWB660EN21 is a single-stage directional control valve from the DG4V-3 series, offering three- or four-way directional control with a maximum flow rate of 80 litres per minute. The valve mounts easily on industry-standard surfaces, making it compatible with a wide range of hydraulic circuit configurations. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across common hydraulic media, and CSA approval confirms the unit meets recognized safety standards.

This valve is suited to a broad range of industrial applications, including machine tool, press, primary metal processing, die casting and foundry equipment, marine and offshore systems, test and simulation equipment, and turbine control, whether wind, steam, or water. With thousands of configuration variants available in the DG4V-3 series, it is well-positioned for use wherever precise directional flow control is required in mid-range hydraulic circuits.

Running a press line and need a directional control valve that'll handle around 70 liters a minute without sweating it. This Vickers unit rated high enough for that kind of flow?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 14, 2025, 8:05 PM
At 80 litres per minute max flow, you've got a comfortable margin above your 70 LPM requirement. Press applications are actually one of the listed use cases for this valve, so it fits right in with that kind of work. The DG4V-3 series is built for mid-range industrial hydraulic circuits, and a press line running at that flow level is well within what this valve is set up to handle.
