VICKERS DGMC 3 AT AW S 41

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC 3 AT AW S 41 is a SystemStak directional control valve rated for flow up to 60 litres per minute. The 41 Design series uses a stacked valve configuration that reduces installation complexity by eliminating the external connections typically required between individual valve bodies.

Buna-N seals provide reliable sealing across a broad range of hydraulic fluids, while the design actively resists contamination ingress, a key consideration in environments such as die casting, primary metal processing, press applications, and marine or offshore installations. The valve is equally suited to machine tool circuits, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment where consistent directional control is critical.

Manufactured under the Vickers brand by Danfoss/Eaton, this valve carries a product width of 1.87 and is classified within the IV Directional Control Valves category.

Wondering if this valve would be a good swap for the DGMC-3 AT-AW-41 we got on our old Cincinnati Milacron press?

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMC 3 AT AW S 41 is well-suited for press applications, especially where you need reliable sealing.
Question by: Roy P on Apr 2, 2026, 6:23 PM
We run a press line that's been giving us fits with valve leakage between bodies. Would stacking these fix that problem, or is that not how this works?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 4, 2026, 6:48 AM
Stacking is exactly what addresses that. The SystemStak configuration eliminates the external connections that normally run between individual valve bodies, which is where a lot of that between-body leakage originates. So yes, moving to this setup can cut down on those external leak points considerably. At 60 litres per minute flow capacity, it's also sized well for press circuit demands.
