Flow rate on this one says 5 litres per minute, is that gonna be enough for press and machine tool work, or is it more suited to lighter duty stuff?

For press and machine tool applications, 5 litres per minute is right in line with what direct-acting proportional valves in this class are built to handle. These aren't high-volume flow valves, they're built for precise, controlled flow rather than bulk volume movement. If your system needs that kind of accurate flow regulation at relatively low rates, this fits the bill. High-volume flow demands would need a different solution, but for the control-oriented work this valve targets, the rating is appropriate.
