VICKERS DGMDC 3 Y BL 41

Description & Features

Designed for stacked valve assemblies in demanding industrial circuits, the Vickers DGMDC 3 Y BL 41 is a SystemStak directional control valve rated for flow up to 60 litres per minute. It is part of Vickers' proven SystemStak series, which uses a modular, manifold-style mounting approach to reduce installation complexity and eliminate external leakage points common in individually plumbed valve circuits.

Buna-N seals provide reliable sealing performance across a broad range of hydraulic fluids. The design also offers strong resistance to contamination, making it well suited for harsh or demanding duty cycles. Applicable across a wide range of industries, this valve is used in machine tool, press, marine and offshore, primary metal, die casting and foundry, test and simulation, and turbine control applications.

we run a stacked valve setup on a press line and been looking at SystemStak valves to clean up all them external lines. this the right kind of valve for that sort of thing?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 15, 2025, 6:09 AM
Stacked valve assemblies are exactly what this series was built around. The SystemStak design uses a modular, manifold-style mounting approach that lets you stack valves together and cut out the external hydraulic connections that normally runs between them. Fewer external connections means fewer points where fluid can leak out, which is a real advantage on a press circuit running hard every day. The valve is also rated up to 60 litres per minute, so it can handle solid flow demands without being a bottleneck in your circuit.
