VICKERS-F6 DGMFN 3 Y A2W B2W 41

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial hydraulic circuits, the Vickers DGMFN-3 Y A2W B2W 41 is a SystemStak directional control valve built to reduce installation complexity while eliminating external leakage points. Its stacked valve architecture removes the need for separate manifold connections, contributing to cleaner assemblies and greater resistance to contamination, a meaningful advantage in precision-sensitive environments.

Rated to a flow capacity of 60 litres per minute and fitted with nitrile seals, the VICKERS-F6 DGMFN 3 Y A2W B2W 41 is suited to a broad range of industrial settings, including machine tool applications, press and primary metal processing, die casting and foundry environments, marine and offshore installations, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment. The nitrile seal construction supports compatibility with standard hydraulic fluids across typical industrial service conditions.

Question by: Eddie J on Jul 25, 2025, 2:45 PM
Does this valve stack up with other Vickers SystemStak components, or are there any compatibility gotchas I need to watch out for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 26, 2025, 8:52 PM
Use-case-first, the DGMFN-3 41 is part of Vickers' SystemStak line, which means it's designed to integrate directly with other SystemStak valves and components, simplifying your hydraulic circuit assembly and minimizing potential leakage points.
Question by: Warren F on Jul 19, 2025, 5:55 PM
flow rate on this one is 60 LPM, that right? trying to figure out if it'll keep up with our press circuit before we order
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 21, 2025, 11:01 AM
60 litres per minute is the rated flow capacity on this valve, so for most press applications that falls right in line. The DGMFN-3 is actually listed specifically for press and primary metal processing use, so it's already proven out in that kind of duty. As long as your circuit demand sits at or below that 60 LPM mark, you're in good shape.
