Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Dwayne R on Nov 23, 2025, 12:17 PM
flow rate on this valve is listed at 80 lpm -- is that enough for press or die casting work, or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 25, 2025, 8:54 AM
For most press and die casting setups, 80 liters per minute is a solid working range. The DG4V-3 series is actually listed for both press and die casting and foundry applications, so it fits right in those environments. Whether it's tight or comfortable depends on your specific cycle demands, but the rating itself isn't a limitation for those industries.

How hard are these to just bolt up and get running? Anything special to watch out for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 9, 2026, 6:45 AM
Designed for easy mounting on industry-standard surfaces, this Vickers directional control valve simplifies setup. Just be sure to double-check your industry standards to avoid any problems.
