flow rate on this valve is listed at 800 liters per minute, is that enough for most industrial hydraulic circuits or is that on the lower end?

800 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity for a wide range of industrial hydraulic applications. Most standard circuits won't push anywhere close to that ceiling, so for typical pressure relief or regulation setups, you've got plenty of headroom. It's really built for situations where you need to cap the maximum pressure in a circuit reliably, and at that flow rating, it handles high-demand systems without choking flow.
