Question by: Cindy S on Aug 24, 2025, 9:09 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 600 liters per minute, that enough headroom for a mid-size industrial press circuit running near continuous?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 26, 2025, 10:58 AM
For a mid-size press circuit, 600 liters per minute is substantial capacity. Pressure control valves at this flow rating are generally well-suited for high-demand hydraulic systems where you need consistent relief or regulation without the valve becoming a bottleneck. Running near continuous duty, the Buna-N seals hold up well against typical hydraulic fluid exposure, and the moisture-resistant construction adds some extra confidence in environments that see condensation or washdown conditions.

If I'm trying to keep the pressure down in my hydraulic system, is this the right kinda valve?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 10, 2025, 6:50 AM
Designed for applications needing adjustable pressure relief, this valve can indeed limit the pressure in a hydraulic circuit to whatever maximum you need.
