Got a PVH 45 that needs a new pressure compensator setup. This the right kit for that pump?

fits both the PVH 45 and PVH 50. It's a Vickers-branded pressure compensator kit, part number 02-328690, and it covers all configurations and sizes for those pumps. If your machine is running one of those two models, you're in good shape with this one.
