flow rate on this one says 300 liters per minute -- is that enough for a standard pressure relief setup or is that more of a high-volume unit?

For most pressure relief and regulating applications, 300 liters per minute is on the higher end of what you'd typically see in a single valve. That kind of capacity suits systems where peak demand spikes or where you're managing flow across a larger circuit. If your system runs well under that ceiling, the valve will still regulate cleanly. It's not going to be limited by the flow rating in most shop or industrial setups.
