flow rate on this valve is listed at 95 LPM -- is that enough for a press application or is it gonna be undersized?

Press applications are explicitly listed among the intended uses for this valve, so it's built with that kind of demand in mind. Whether it's enough really comes down to your specific circuit requirements and actuator sizing, but the flow rating puts it in the right ballpark for mid-range press work without being a limiting factor out of the gate.
