VICKERS DGMC3PTAW41EN411

Description & Features

Vickers DGMC3PTAW41EN411 valves offer precise directional control in demanding hydraulic applications. These SystemStak valves are well-suited for die casting and foundry work, machine tools, marine and offshore equipment, presses, primary metal processing, paper production, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control systems for wind, steam, and water power.

Vickers by Danfoss / Eaton DGMC-3 41 design valves offer a flow rate of 60 liters per minute. Benefits include reduced installation costs, elimination of external leakage, and boosted resistance to contamination. Constructed with durable Buna-N seals, these valves measure 1.87 inches in width.

Question by: Harvey H on Oct 27, 2025, 6:14 PM
What kind of work is this valve actually built for? We run a pretty heavy press operation and need something that ain't gonna give us fits.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 28, 2025, 7:26 PM
Press applications are listed right among the intended uses for this valve, along with die casting, foundry work, and primary metal processing. It handles directional control in those kinds of demanding environments, and the Buna-N seals and contamination resistance help hold up under the conditions that come with that type of work. Flow rate tops out at 60 liters per minute, so as long as your system is sized within that range, it fits the bill for heavy press duty.

Can this valve handle the kind of nasty stuff you find in a foundry environment?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 12, 2025, 11:17 AM
These Vickers valves are well-suited for die casting and foundry work, so it should hold up just fine. It's also got boosted resistance to contamination, which is a plus in those settings.
