Vickers KDG4V 3 2C28S H M U G7 60

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial applications, the Vickers KDG4V 3 2C28S H M U G7 60 is a direct-acting proportional valve built to suit a broad range of flow control requirements across sectors including machine tool, press, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test equipment and simulation.

Available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, the valve can be matched to application requirements without over-specifying. Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making integration into new or existing hydraulic circuits more straightforward. Rated at 28 litres per minute, it uses fluorocarbon seals for chemical compatibility and durability in challenging fluid environments. The valve carries a 60 design designation and is categorized within the Vickers proportional valve range by Danfoss/Eaton.

Question by: Cody S on Jul 3, 2025, 6:39 AM
we run a few different press lines and been looking at proportional valves to get better flow control dialed in, does this one come in different grades or is it just one setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 4, 2025, 4:34 PM
Three performance levels are available with this valve: ultra, high, and standard. That lets you pick the grade that actually fits the application without paying for more capability than you need. For press work, that kind of flexibility is pretty useful since not every line demands the same precision.
