VICKERS DG5V58CEVMUB610EN89

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG5V58CEVMUB610EN89 is a two-stage directional control valve offering three- or four-way flow direction capability with a rated flow of 160 litres per minute. Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility across a broad range of hydraulic media.

This valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, supporting straightforward integration across a wide range of hydraulic circuit configurations. Suitable applications include machine tool, press, primary metal, die casting and foundry, marine and offshore, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control systems covering wind, steam, and water. A thermal cut-off feature (CAS 213, type 681948) is incorporated into this model.

Question by: Lyle S on Sep 13, 2025, 1:50 PM
Can this valve handle hydraulic fluid with different viscosities, or is it picky?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 15, 2025, 11:40 AM
Designed to function reliably with Buna-N seals, this Vickers valve is compatible across a broad range of hydraulic media.
Question by: Clint M on Jun 5, 2025, 8:29 AM
What kind of applications is this valve actually built for? We run a pretty mixed shop, got press work and some die casting lines both going at once.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 7, 2025, 6:20 AM
Quite a few heavy industrial setups fall right in line with what this valve handles. Press use and die casting are both explicitly covered, along with machine tool work, primary metal and foundry environments, marine and offshore use, test equipment, and turbine control systems for wind, steam, and water. Running both press and die casting lines off the same valve spec is a realistic fit here.
