VICKERS DG4V32AMU1H760EN38

Description & Features

The Vickers DG4V32AMU1H760EN38 is a high-performance, single-stage directional control valve designed for demanding industrial applications. This valve excels in die casting and foundry environments, machine tools, marine and offshore equipment, presses, primary metal processing, paper manufacturing, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control systems (wind, steam, and water).

Featuring a flow rate of 80 liters per minute, this Vickers valve offers three- or four-way directional control and is easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces. It is constructed with Buna-N seals and offers low leakage, with a high head loss version achieving typical leakage of 5ml/min/land at 100bar headloss x 2 standard valve. Special spools have increased overlap. Installation drawing number 508190. Assembly drawing number 698501. TP 698502. It operates at 30 watts.

Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Wes F on Feb 3, 2026, 10:41 AM
Will this directional valve work okay in a metal casting plant, given all the heat and stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 5, 2026, 10:32 AM
Designed for demanding industrial uses, this Vickers valve is well-suited for die casting and foundry environments, along with machine tools, marine equipment, presses, metal processing, paper plants, test equipment, and turbine controls.
Question by: Connie E on Oct 14, 2025, 8:51 PM
Flow rate on this one shows 80 liters per minute, that enough to run a press application without choking the system?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 16, 2025, 8:29 AM
For press applications, 80 liters per minute is a solid working capacity, and this valve is explicitly rated for press use alongside other heavy-duty environments like primary metal processing and die casting. The three- or four-way directional control gives you flexibility in how the circuit is configured. It mounts on industry-standard surfaces, so fitting it into an existing press setup is generally straightforward without custom porting work.
