Vickers KCG 6 W250 Z M U H1 10

Description & Features

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the Vickers KCG 6 W250 Z M U H1 10 is a direct-acting proportional valve suited to a broad range of hydraulic control applications. It supports flow rates up to 200 litres per minute and is sealed with Buna-N for reliable fluid compatibility across standard hydraulic media.

Available in three performance levels, ultra, high, and standard, this valve can be matched to application requirements without over-specifying. Plug-and-play functionality reduces commissioning time, making it practical for integration into new and existing systems alike.

Typical application areas include die casting and foundry, machine tool, marine and offshore, press, primary metal and paper, test equipment and simulation, and turbine control for wind, steam, and water installations.

Reckon this'll hold up in a die casting shop environment? We got some heat and grime to contend with.
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 12, 2025, 6:15 AM
This valve is designed to withstand demanding industrial environments. Its applications include die casting and foundry work.
Question by: Howard H on Oct 26, 2025, 7:59 AM
Flow rate on this one goes up to 200 LPM, is that enough for press applications or would it be cutting it close?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 28, 2025, 6:37 AM
For most press applications, 200 litres per minute gives you solid headroom. Press work is one of the listed application areas for this valve, so it's sized with that kind of duty in mind. Whether it's cutting it close depends on your specific circuit demands, but the flow capacity here is not a limiting factor for typical press setups.
