flow rate on this one says 160 LPM, that enough for running a big press or heavy-duty machine tool application?

For most press and machine tool setups, 160 litres per minute puts this valve well within range for high-demand circuits. That flow capacity is one of the reasons it gets spec'd into those environments alongside die casting equipment, primary metal machinery, and similar high-cycle applications.
