Product Questions & Answers (3)

Question by: Kirk H on Nov 4, 2025, 5:14 PM
flow rate on this valve is 40 LPM, but what kind of use is it actually built for? trying to figure out if it fits what we got running in our shop.
Answer by: Customer Support on Nov 6, 2025, 8:43 AM
Forty liters per minute puts it in a solid range for mid-duty directional control work. The DG4V-3S-2C-M-U-H7-60 sees real use across machine tool setups, press use, die casting and foundry environments, and even turbine control applications covering wind, steam, and water. Marine and offshore use is also in scope, along with primary metal and paper industry equipment. So if your shop runs anything in that family of machinery, this valve is well within its intended territory.
Question by: Chad M on Apr 9, 2025, 3:46 PM
Will this work okay in a machine tool application, or is it more for something else?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 10, 2025, 9:35 PM
This Vickers directional control valve is definitely suitable for machine tool applications, alongside uses like die casting, marine environments, presses, and even turbine control systems.
Question by: Tammy W on Jun 18, 2025, 6:42 PM
