Question by: Duane M on Feb 12, 2026, 1:55 PM
flow rate on this thing is listed at 120 liters per minute -- is that enough for press and die casting work or is it cutting it close for those applications?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 14, 2026, 6:34 AM
For press and die casting equipment, 120 liters per minute is a solid flow capacity and falls well within the range those applications typically demand. The DGMC-5 is rated for both press and die casting use, so you're not working against the valve's design when running it in those environments. As long as your system requirements stay within that 120 lpm ceiling, you're in good shape.
