Product Questions & Answers (3)
Question by: Wayne C on Jun 12, 2025, 5:55 PM
flow rate on this one's listed at 115 liters per minute, that enough for press and die casting work or is it cutting it close for heavier cycles?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 14, 2025, 6:33 AM
For press and die casting applications, 115 litres per minute is a solid working flow rate. Those environments put real demand on directional control valves, and this one was built with exactly those use cases in mind. As long as your system isn't pushing beyond that flow ceiling, you're in good shape for typical production cycles in either application.

got a line on what kind of flow this DG4V4 valve will handle?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 16, 2025, 12:57 PM
For capacity, it is rated at 115 litres per minute flow.
Question by: Gary J on May 25, 2025, 12:47 PM
Reckon this'll hold up okay in a die casting setup? Those things can get pretty gnarly.
Answer by: Customer Support on May 26, 2025, 5:09 PM
Absolutely. This Vickers directional control valve is built to handle the demands of die casting and foundry environments. Its robust design ensures reliable performance even in tough industrial conditions.
