Question by: Dean H on Aug 20, 2025, 4:00 PM
What kind of machines can I use this valve on? I got some older equipment in the shop.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 22, 2025, 6:46 AM
This Vickers valve is suitable for a variety of machines, including die casting, machine tools, presses, and even some marine/offshore applications. Plus it can be used in primary metal and paper production machinery.
Question by: Darryl S on Mar 2, 2026, 2:13 PM
flow rate on this one says 700 liters per minute, is that enough for press applications or is it more suited to lighter duty stuff?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 4, 2026, 8:03 AM
For press applications, 700 liters per minute is a substantial flow capacity, and this valve is actually listed for press use alongside heavier industrial environments like primary metal processing and die casting. Those are demanding categories, so the flow rating holds up well in that context. If your press system runs within that threshold, this should handle it without issue.
