VICKERS DG4V40131CMUH510

Description & Features

Designed for three- or four-way directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG4V40131CMUH510 is a single-stage directional control valve rated for flow up to 115 litres per minute. With a solenoid wattage of 30W and Buna-N seals, it is well suited for applications involving continuous cycling and a range of hydraulic fluids.

Mounting follows industry-standard D03 patterns, making installation straightforward in existing hydraulic circuits across a broad range of equipment. Suitable applications include machine tools, presses, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metals processing, marine and offshore systems, turbine control, and test and simulation rigs, reflecting the valve's flexibility across both high-cycle production and precision control contexts. The extensive model range within the Vickers DG4V4-01 series means this valve can be matched closely to the requirements of a given circuit without over-specifying.

Question by: Tommy T on Sep 10, 2025, 8:49 AM
got a press line running continuous cycles pretty hard, does this valve hold up to that kind of duty, or is it more of a light-use part?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 11, 2025, 9:23 PM
Buna-N seals and a 30-watt solenoid put this squarely in the continuous-cycling category. The DG4V4 series was built around exactly those kinds of demanding production environments, presses included. Flow capacity tops out at 115 litres per minute, so as long as your circuit stays within that range, it should handle the workload without issue.
