Flow rate on this one is listed at 115 liters per minute, but is that enough for a press or die casting setup running pretty hard?

For most press and die casting applications, 115 liters per minute is a solid working capacity. Both of those are listed as intended applications for this valve, so it's built with those demands in mind.
