Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Gene G on Feb 6, 2026, 7:05 PM
flow rate on this one is listed at 40 LPM -- is that gonna be enough for a mid-size press system or should I be looking at something with more capacity?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 8, 2026, 4:50 PM
For a mid-size press application, 40 liters per minute is a reasonable working figure. This valve is specifically listed as suitable for press systems, so it fits within the intended application range. Whether 40 LPM fully meets your system's demand comes down to your actuator sizing and cycle requirements, but the valve itself is built with press use in mind and won't be out of place in that environment.
Question by: Kurt W on Feb 12, 2026, 9:30 AM
Will this here valve work alright in a machine press application?
Answer by: Customer Support on Feb 14, 2026, 6:58 AM
Absolutely, this directional control valve is well-suited for press systems, along with die casting, foundry work, and machine tools.
