Flow rate on this one is listed at 100 liters per minute, that enough to keep up with a mid-size hydraulic press running continuous cycles?

For most mid-size press setups, 100 liters per minute is solid capacity. This valve is built as a pressure control unit, so its job is capping the circuit at whatever maximum pressure you dial in, not boosting or restricting overall flow volume. As long as your system demand doesn't push past that 100 LPM ceiling, you shouldn't run into any throughput problems on a continuous cycle application.
