VICKERS-CVI 32 D10 H 40 EN421

Description & Features

Designed for high-flow hydraulic circuits, the VICKERS-CVI 32 D10 H 40 EN421 is a slip-in cartridge valve insert rated for flow up to 1,250 litres per minute. Built around a size 32 cartridge format, it fits into standard cavity installations used across demanding industrial and mobile applications.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in typical hydraulic media environments. The valve is suited for use in presses, plastics molding machines, die casting machines, shears and balers, machine tools and metal forming machinery, steel mill and primary metal processing equipment, as well as mobile vehicle and marine hydraulic systems. Faster response time and a dependable design make it well-suited to high-cycle, performance-sensitive circuits where consistent valve behavior matters.

Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Neal S on Sep 13, 2025, 6:52 AM
Got a size 32 cavity already bored in my manifold block, will this cartridge drop right in without any modification?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 14, 2025, 8:28 AM
Standard size 32 cartridge cavities are exactly what this valve is built for. It follows the slip-in format, so if your block is already machined to that spec, you should be good to go without rework. Buna-N seals come with it, so fluid compatibility in typical hydraulic oil environments is already handled.
