Designed for three- or four-way directional flow control, the Vickers PA5DG4S4LW-0168C-B-60 is a single-stage directional control valve built to perform across a broad range of industrial hydraulic applications. With a rated flow of 95 litres per minute and Buna-N seals, it is suited to demanding environments where reliable fluid direction and consistent cycle performance are required.
This valve mounts on industry-standard surfaces, simplifying integration into existing hydraulic circuits across sectors including machine tool, press, primary metal, marine/offshore, die casting and foundry, turbine control, and test and simulation equipment. The Buna-N seal construction supports compatibility with standard hydraulic fluids across typical industrial service conditions.

Got a press line running three-way directional control and need to know if this Vickers unit'll handle 95 LPM without choking out the circuit. That the actual rated flow or just a peak number?
Answer by: Customer Support on Sep 13, 2025, 2:40 PM
95 litres per minute is the rated flow for this valve, so that's what it's built to handle in normal operation. For a press application, that lines up well since press circuits are actually one of the listed application types for this valve. Three-way directional control is also a supported configuration, so you're not pushing it outside its design intent.

How hard is this thing to get hooked up in an existing hydraulic setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 10, 2026, 6:35 AM
Easily mountable on industry-standard surfaces, this directional control valve simplifies integration into existing hydraulic circuits, so the swap should be pretty straightforward.
