VICKERS DG5V10S33CMUH10EN503

Description & Features

Designed for high-flow directional control in demanding industrial environments, the Vickers DG5V10S33CMUH10EN503 is a two-stage, pilot-operated directional control valve rated for flow up to 700 litres per minute. It supports three- or four-way directional control and mounts on industry-standard surfaces, making integration into existing hydraulic circuits straightforward across a broad range of equipment configurations.

Buna-N seals provide reliable fluid compatibility in typical hydraulic media. The valve is well suited to high-duty applications including press systems, machine tools, die casting and foundry equipment, primary metal and paper processing, marine and offshore installations, turbine control systems, and test and simulation equipment. The extensive range of available models within the Vickers DG5V-10 series allows configuration selection to match specific circuit and performance requirements.

Can this handle, like, runnin' 700 liters a minute without givin' out?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 19, 2026, 6:44 AM
That flow rate is right at the valve's maximum. You'll get the performance you need as long as your system is set up to stay within the recommended operating parameters.
Question by: Daryl S on Jun 26, 2025, 4:55 PM
flow up to 700 LPM on this thing, is that actually usable in a press application or is that more of a theoretical ceiling?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 28, 2025, 8:01 AM
Press systems are listed right in the application range for this valve, so 700 litres per minute isn't just a lab number in that context. Two-stage pilot operation handles the kind of high-flow demand press circuits put on a valve without the instability you'd get from a direct-acting design at those volumes. Whether your specific press circuit can take full advantage of that flow depends on your pump and line sizing, but the valve itself isn't the limiting factor in most press setups.
