valve tops out at 57 liters per minute -- is that gonna be enough for most standard hydraulic circuits or is that on the lower end?

For a good chunk of industrial hydraulic setups, 57 liters per minute lands right in a workable range. It's not a high-volume valve by any stretch, but for pressure control and relief applications where you're just trying to cap the system at a safe maximum, flow capacity like that holds up fine in plenty of real-world circuits. If your system's running well under that threshold, you're in good shape.
